I leave every class feeling like I’ve been pushed to my limits, but unlike the chore just “going to the gym” felt like, I find myself disappointed to see class done and always looking forward to the next one! And even once class is done, Jodi is still there encouraging and supporting you with your goals, whether it’s a few extra abs reps for that summer body, learning to do handstands, or just general encouraging messages and words of wisdom on social media.
